Cake
4 eggs
200 ml sugar
100 ml flour
100 ml potato flour
10 ml baking powder
30 ml cocoa powder
Filling
1 pkg orange fromage
Decoration
Orange marzipan
Spooky candy
Instructions
Oven temperature: 175°C. Bake time: approx. 40 minutes.
Begin by whipping the eggs and sugar until fluffy. Mix the flours and baking powder together. Fold into the egg–sugar mixture along with the cocoa powder and mix well.
Pour the batter into a pan and bake in the lower part of the oven about 40 minutes.
Turn the cake out of the pan and let cool. When cool, cut into three layers. Prepare the orange fromage according to package directions. Put the cake together with two layers of orange fromage. Decorate with orange marzipan and candy. |
